SMS Consent & Information

Last updated: March 31, 2026

How SMS Messaging Works at MaxProm

MaxProm sends one-time text messages on behalf of its business clients to their customers following a completed service. These messages are limited to post-service follow-up communications, such as requesting feedback about a recent experience.

How Consent Is Obtained

Customers provide their phone number directly to a MaxProm business client during the course of a legitimate business transaction (such as booking an appointment, requesting a service, or completing a purchase). An existing business relationship is established between the customer and the business at the time the phone number is provided.

MaxProm business clients agree to our Platform Terms of Service, which require that every phone number submitted through the MaxProm platform belongs to a customer with whom the client has a completed business relationship.
